Emily Richards Translations (hereinafter also “we”, “our” or “us”) take the protection of your data seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in compliance with legal requirements. Usually, it is not necessary to provide personal data in order to access this website. Where personal data are collected on this website (e.g. name, address or email addresses) this is done as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Your personal data will not be passed to third parties without your explicit consent.   We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. Objection – Marketing Emails

We hereby register our objection to the use of our contact data, which is published on this website to comply with legal requirements, for the purposes of sending us marketing or information materials that we have not explicitly requested. If we are sent marketing materials that we have not asked for (including spam mail) we explicitly reserve the right to take legal action against the sender.
